Happy Noon Year's Eve!

We decided it would be so fun to take the rugrats to the zoo for Noon Year's Eve. Our really good friends Sadie, Macie, and Sonia came with us to share in the festivities. The zoo was a ... zoo. There were so many people there. We had to take a bus to the zoo as the parking lot was full. Tatum and Tucker had never ridden on a bus before so they were thrilled to be on one. There was 2 big piles of snow that T & T loved. For some reason they don't like to be cold, imagine that, so we didn't play too long. At noon the zoo passed out martinelli apple juice and we all toasted! Then off to see the animals. Somewhere along the trip a bird decided Tatum's pants were just the right spot for his business to land. We were laughing so hard, I didn't dare tell her what is was until it was cleaned off. Their favorite animal to see was the monkeys, who doesn't like monkeys. It's hard to go anywhere with 4 kids, I don't know how people do it! We had 3 adults and were pulled everywhere! I hope our Noon Year's Eve becomes a tradition.

Taking the kiddos to the zoo is hard work! But they always love it so it's a good payoff!

That looks like some serious fun! The bird poop is too funny, Kylie would have freaked too. By the way--no I am not :( You better wait for me!!!

FUN! Nothin like a little snow just for fun and then back home to warmth. Sonia! How's she doing? Also, when Tyler was 1 month old a bird pooped on him at my sister's wedding and we got it on film! What did Tatum say when you told her it was poop? My boys would probably LOVE IT if that happened to them...they'd be wallowing in it.

Gutterys love the zoo, but have to avoid the baboons. They must know we're coming and there public display has put us into nightmares, dry heaves and early talks about the birds and the bees. I know, to much info. Looked like a great day, minus the poo.
