This, everybody, is Tucker. He loves: Batman, Superman, Sparky, and cowboys. He loves his boots, long sleeve shirts/jackets, and his flip flops. He loves to go to baseball and basket ball games with his Dad and said when he grows up he wants to play baseball. He loves to shove food in his mouth and eat pizza. He loves to beat up his big sister and his little buddies. He loves to "snuggle" and give kisses. This is my perfect angel; then he turned 3.
It's been down hill from there. Mouthy, physical, and angry. I'm not complaining about my handsome, blue eyed dude but some of the things he says and does are funny and naughty and I know I'll forget. So here it goes, in the words of Tucker:
* "When my Dad gets home he's gonna flick you."
* "I'm telling my Dad on you."
* "You eat mud."
* "You're a meanie."
* When he's mad at us he shoots us with his cowboy guns.
* He throws 60 min. fits about what he's wearing. HE'S A BOY! WHO CARES!
* He swears.
* He poops in the sand at the park.
* He beats up his friends and sweet Karen, our sitter.
Here's a story from my Mother's lips: Heidi drops tucker off to take a nap so she can take Tatum to dance....I'm watering flowers and let Tucker help....We come in...He says he won't wear a diaper...I say okay. He wants his jammies on...NO JAMMIES IN THE BAG...He says...I'm telling on you. I say...let's take a nap anyway...He says...I'm telling my mom you were mean to me...I tell him I love him...Then he says...I'm telling my mom you tackled me. I didn't tackle him...I was trying to tickle him. We go into the bedroom...he wants Grandpa's pillow...He won't lay on it though because he wants his jammies on...I try to tickle him....he says Don't touch me, I only like Grandpa... He says he wants on Tatum's bed....we get up there...He tells me I can't lay on the pillow...I say I can cause he isn't...he says....I'm telling my mom when she gets home you were mean to me...He took the pillow and pulled it way over by him....It took him an hour to get to sleep!
We sure love this little guy and are SO very anxious for this hideous phase to END!!

"This too shall pass..."
er, something like that. Good luck with that happy little boy!
Oh boy, how I can relate! Luke took a dump at the park at Tyler's football practice also! It was EMBARASSING as heck! Better luck to come. But don't think you're alone! :)
Yes, and just when you think he's gotten over this phase he'll be a teenager......Ha! I'm glad you write down the funny things he says, one day they'll be cute.
I laughed through the whole post. Sorry! =) Whoever came up with the terrible two's must not have had a 3 year old yet because 3 is WAY worse than 2!! Love ya and good luck!!
My terrible 2 is about to turn terrible 7...I'm afraid my terrible will NEVER end! Thanks for posting this. I was debating whether to post my terrible 6's latest terrible that involved the police. I think I will now because of your bravery.
oh that is funny. the only reason it is fun is because i have had similiar things happen with my 2 1/2 year old, it seems like everyday there is something else.
so funny. gotta love kids. i wonder where he gets his swearing from.....
Oh my gosh is this what I have to look forward to?? I still think I have a very sweet Kruz, he is just recently 2, but I don't want him to change. You aren't giving me much hope.
SO funny. I miss that little boy...
i swear 3 is worse than 2!! tyler is turning 3 in two weeks - ahhh!!!
Does he bite?
Well, if your answere is no, youve got a lot more to go - ENJOY:-)
I am glad that my mom didn't have a blog when I was a kid.... :)
Ha, ha! Atleast it's funny and cute at this age, but hopefully he outgrows it by the time he's 12 and it's not so funny and cute!
I didn't mean anything bad by the fact that I laghed through this post... It's just that I can really relate. All of mine have been easier during the "terrible two's" than they were in the "THRerrible Three's"! Don't worry, it didn't last. Nevan (9)and Mayzie (7)are no longer inexplicably cranky, but Meeka (3) suffers from it occasionally still. I'm not too worried that she will be this way when she grows up. If she is... well, I won't blame her Mother. :)
3 really is worse than 2. It does get better.
I think my stomach is gonna be sore from laughing so hard! Good post!
I am just laughing right now. I relate in so many ways!
