Done and Done!

Jersey's headstone is done, FINALLY! I'm pleased with the way it looks, I LOVE the pink writing and also enjoy there's a sweet picture to look at!

I was worried this might be hard to swallow, a headstone is so final but thankfully, it wasn't too bad. I had a little moment the first time I saw it but have been fine ever since...thankfully. Not that I'll have the same reaction seeing it next time, it could be a total melt down, who knows...so unpredictable!

Tatum liked looking at her and was happy to smile for a picture. Tucker was more interested in finding sticks and swipping flags out of vases.

I'm glad it's done, I like that her little spot now has a name and people can see our princess.

That is so sweet. I love her headstone. I love that it has a picture. For me there is something so peaceful about a graveyard. I love reading headstones and I have always felt especially tender about babies. I always have a feeling of aching for each mother that loses a baby, as I do with you. I love that she has a picture. It makes that so much more personal. Thanks for sharing that.

I love it. It's perfect for her ! And I am glad you had a positive experience putting it in. That's how I felt with Elizabeth. I was sad at first, because it was so final. But then I was happy because my beautiful daughter had a beautiful headstone.

I think headstones really connect people with the person that is laid to rest there. Her's is so unique and tells her story so perfectly. It must be nice to finally have everything in place.

It is perfect Heidi. We also chose the black granite and are so glad we did. 1st- nice contrast, their name is defined, 2nd-it stays clean! Camden's always gets run over by the lawn mower and shows tire tracks but for the most part it is still clean and beautiful. Just like our babies. Love you!

(You will have to tell me where she is so I can visit her too.)
